• Good Exposure in DNS server, DHCP server, NIS, FTP and NFS on Linux Operating System
• Hands-on experience on Clustering, GFS2, Ext3 File systems, Partitioning, volume group related services
• Should have good hands-on in BASH Scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to map the Profiles according to the job specifications/client requirements.
• Should be able to Shortlist relevant profiles as per required Technical Skills Sets, Experience and other parameters.
• Should Connect, Coordination with the candidates/Clients for respective position/requirements.
• Prepare the Required Tracker, along with other details like (Work-Ex/CTC/Notice period...etc;) for all relevant profiles
• Schedule the shortlisted candidates for their Interview’s (Telephonic/FTF)/Share the Schedule Tracker with Clients.
• Sharing Profiles to the client, Schedule interviews, do the necessary Follow-up with candidates & with the client and ensure candidates attend their interviews.
• Perform HR discussion with Selected candidates after technical rounds to Re-confirm their Dates of Joining(DOJ/Salary negotiation) before they offered.
• Prepare daily follow-up report/closing report/Profile submission to clients & office.
• Should have good understanding in End to End recruitment.
• Should have good exposure in MS-Excel, MS-Word and sending receiving emails.
• Should have good Knowledge/understanding in End to End recruitment.
• Should be Self Driven/committed.
• Should have excellent communication(English) and presentation skills.
• Involved in End to End recruitment (Sharing Profiles to the client, Schedule interviews) and do the necessary follow-ups.
